As the land market slowed in 2007 due to recession, pivoted to buying, renovating and reselling distressed residential property, with well over 100 residential units bought, renovated and sold between 2010-2016.

Have worked with Woodland Capital and it’s principles in one form or fashion since 2004, back on board full time in 2018. Works closely with all our agents in FL, GA, AL to ensure our customers are getting the best service in the industry. Enjoys being out on our property much more than being in the office.
